- Products typically ship out the following business day. Every product will have a free shipping option, and many of our products will have an expedited option as well (for additonal cost). All packages are well packed and sealed to help prevent any shipping damage. Many products ship directly from our warehouse in Saint Joseph, MN. Larger products such as gas fire pits are shipped directly from the Skytech distribution center in Minnesota. All products we ship will have a tracking number that we will email to you after the item has shipped. International shipments: please understand that the buyer is responsible for any tax or duty owed for import. International shipments may also experience long transit times as the product makes its way through customs or overseas.
