Shipping & Returns

Shipping & DeliveryProducts typically ship out the following business day.  Every product will have a free shipping option, and many of our products will have an expedited option as well (for additonal cost).  All packages are well packed and sealed to help prevent any shipping damage.  Many products ship directly from our warehouse in Sauk Rapids, MN.  Larger products such as gas fire pits are shipped directly from the Skytech distribution center in Minnesota.  All products we ship will have a tracking number that we will email to you after the item has shipped.  International shipments: please understand that the buyer is responsible for any tax or duty owed for import.  International shipments may also experience long transit times as the product makes its way through customs or overseas.

 

Returns & ReplacementsYour purchase is backed by our 100-Day 100% Complete Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 100 days for a full refund or exchange.  Refunds are given once we receive the returned item.  Return postage is paid by the buyer.  If you are in need of a replacement, please contact us first so we can help you troubleshoot your item.  Skytech also offers a toll-free technical support hotline (1-888-672-8929) for any Skytech branded product.  In the event you need a replacement, we will gladly ship you a new item and a return label for the defective unit.
